1. You need to think about what triggers your anxiety and get therapy for the same to learn how to cope with it 2. Medication can only help if you complete the course at adequate dose and supplement that with therapy
Next Steps
please contact a psychiatrist at the earliest- they will do a detailed evaluation, optimise your medicines and then refer you for therapy as the case may be
Health Tips
meanwhile, please do relaxation exercises such as meditation, yoga, walking etc. Indulge in hobbies or any activity which keep you calm

1. Identify your triggers. Anxiety doesn't just happen randomly. There are usually specific triggers that can set off an anxious episode. By identifying your triggers, you can start to avoid them or be better prepared to deal with them when they do occur. 2. Challenge your thinking. Anxious thoughts often involve a lot of negative thinking, such as "I'm never going to be able to do this" or "I'm going to embarrass myself." These thoughts can be self-fulfilling, so it's important to challenge them. 3. Breathe. When you're feeling anxious, your breathing can become shallow and rapid. This can make your anxiety worse. Instead, consciously focus on taking deep, slow breaths. This will help to calm your nervous system. 4. Get moving. Exercise is a great way to relieve anxiety. It helps to release endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects. Even a short walk can help to ease anxiety. 5. Connect with others. Social support is crucial for people struggling with anxiety. Connecting with friends, family, or a support group can help you feel less alone and more supported. If you're struggling with anxiety, don't hesitate to reach out for help. Friends, family, and mental health professionals can all be valuable sources of support.

Meanwhile you can try relaxation techniques such as various types of breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation (video guides are freely available on YouTube).
