I got my first panic attack 11 yrs back for 1 year i suffered with that n took a tablet lonazep 0.25mg nexito 10 and diltiazem sr then i was alright after that i stopped it 6months back ...i started feeling the same and used lonazep 0.5 but had no effct n consulted doctor n took trika0.5 n eluga after few days took 1mg ...i was feeling so drowsy nd consulted doctor he advised me stresnil 0.1and sanscita morning and night times..im still feeling the same i,e numbness in hand fear disintrest negative thoughts being emotional...main thing is fear n breathlesness tooo..plz help me with it im 47 yrs old with insomniaa..

I am not sure if your symptoms amount to panic attack or its just anxiety. In both the case paroxetine is very helpful with occasional use of clonazepam. Deep breathing exercise is also helpful in mild cases.
