Anything that hampers your daily functioning requires immediate attention. Therefore, try consulting a psychologist who has enough experience in the field of anxiety. Medication might be required depending on the severity. However, do not stress over it as what you are facing, does have a solution.

I understand ur difficulties. U seem to have prominent anxiety symptoms. Sweating, palpitations, breathing difficulty, flushing of face are the bodily symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety makes a person lose his confidence, reduces his concentration and potential and dull his ability to think. V would need to know a few more details like ur sleep, frequency, other situations that might make u anxious etc to give appropriate suggestions. Dont worry, it's not ur fault. Anxiety occurs due to chemical imbalance in the brain. Ur problem can be easily treated with counselling and if needed medications. U will be able to function better with it. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or professional help. U need to consult a psychiatrist. U can also consult me online through the Practo chat option. Best wishes for speedy recovery!!
