She has headache problem since 9 yrs. She is with anxiety, crying spell, panic attack,impulsivity, fatigue, restlessness from last 6 months. Taking treatment from psychiatrist. Got some improvement bt facing similar symptoms again..

Have you identified the reason or on what occasions she gets headache!  Please try to understand the pattern or the frequency or the situation due to which she is bothered...

I think along with that treatment you can also go for a counselling which might help you do identify the above to resolve the issue.

Hi..... Take steps to control stress, to increase your resilience and boost your self-esteem. Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells. Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening. Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help preven,t a relapse of symptoms.... Consult Psychiatrist, they will do the needful...
