Feeling anxious about an important exam is quite natural but that should not interfere in your everyday functioning.you are being depressed for things which have not even occurred in real.please be hopeful if its important you must have worked hard and hard work pays off. Above all this can be important but not everything worse case scenario if this does not works out something better must be lined up for future. Have faith in yourself.

Hi, Anxiety isn’t something that can be entirely avoided, it has a purpose in our lives to protect us from real danger, obviously therapy can help if the stress and anxiety becomes overwhelming and you feel unable to cope. But, there are also a few other things along that journey that you can do that may be helpful, like Self awareness, as in understand what is the underlying control of fear? Is it avoidance or fearing our own emotions also few breathing techniques can help you get immediate relief as breathing becomes laboured, shoulders hunch, and muscle are stiff, so try to breathe deeper And last but not the least avoid assuming that things will always go wrong before they have occurred as that is the major cause of anxiety
