Whenever you feel anxiousness or sweating kindly try to relax yourself by sitting immediately in a comfortable position and deep breathe. Drink a glass of water slowly sip by sip, and try getting some fresh air. For sleep disturbance make sure you are away from your gadgets like tv mobile laptop atleast half an hour before going to bed. lie in shavaasan position and relax yourself. Drink ample liquids throughout the day follow a healthy diet and keep yourself physically active.
