Anxiety chest pain

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am experiencing sudden on and off pain in upper left chest from about 6 months. ECG tmt echo normal Chest x ray normal What I think is that this may be due to stress or anxiety as I noticed whenever I am in tension pain starts and it stays for 1-2 days. Is this normal.?
