Anxiety attacks tend to present with short periods of shortness of breath, excessive stress and sense of "feeling unsafe" and panicked accompanied by an increased heart rate. As for the burning sensation, it is atypical in panic attacks though if it *always* happens at the same the panic may be the cause.
Next Steps
Mindfulness exercises such as deep breathing can help ease the symptoms of panic attacks and help you cope with them in the moment. There may also be a benefit to addressing overall stress with exercise, meditation and self care. Addressing this in formal counseling may be of benefit in the long run to address the causes of these panic attacks. As for the burning sensation, it seems atypical and as always consultation with a doctor may be beneficial in that regard.
Health Tips
In the long term, leaving panic attacks unattended and unaddressed could lead to chronic stress and all the ill effects of that. While the prospect of seeing a therapist or a counselor may also be stressful, take the time to consult with one and see if you are able to find some benefit from it.
