Hi. Zapiz is clonazepam and can be taken SOS in the dose that you have mentioned, I.e, .5 mg for sudden anxiety. However, taking clonazepam is only a temporary relief. The focus should be on relieving the underlying reason. Consult a psychiatrist or meet the one you are already seeing for necessary steps to be taken.
