Asked for Female, 55 Years

I'm a lady of 55 years suffering with anxiety and stress. Dr advice me to take Amitryn-c , Prothiadine m(75) Zapiz(25) Thyronorm 75 Rojavel-10. Except anxiety and stress, I had a thyroid problems which is a normal range now. I don't have any other health issue. Please advise me whether I'm taking the right medicine or not since I always feel sleepy and tired. Best regards
