My mental health is deteriorating & I’m struggling. Stressful or frustrating interactions leave me with severe headaches, blurry vision, racing heart, & difficulty thinking. I feel a tightening rope or a gush of fluid in my head, a sensation of being kicked in the stomach & dizziness.
Loud or high-pitched sounds feel amplified & unbearable, making it hard to focus or work. Others seem unaffected by the same sounds, this sensory overload leaves me frustrated & emotionally drained. Headphones, supplements, vegus nerve stimulation, grounding exercises offer little help.
People around me dont respect my needs, & I feel unsupported. I avoid social situations because of noise & people’s behavior, but isolation is taking a toll. I also struggle with accepting unfair behavior & find it difficult to stay silent to protect my peace.
Such challanges cause anxiety, headaches, stomach issues, & fear of sleeping. I’m unsure which treatment to seek from a psychologist or psychiatrist.
