Anxiety and panic attacks
All day am feeling some kind of fear that creates shortness of breath. Feeling heavyness over head tension in facial region. Am living life like a hell.. Very scared of this attacks.. Help me what to do. Any medication. Will I get alryt anytime sooner in coming future.. Right now am unable to mingle with frnds n not able to do any work. All the time is jus scary thoughts are passing on. Pls someone hepl me.

Dear Sir I can imagine it must be quite distressing for you. Feeling anxious all the time, having physical symptoms like shortness of breath, palpitations, feeling as if you are going to die are all symptoms of anxiety disorder.Anxiety disorders can be treated very effectively with a combination of medication and psychological therapy. You will also benefit from certain lifestyle techniques like meditation and calm breathing. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation which will include physical examination and blood test to rule out any physical cause like thyroid abnormality..I am certain that you will feel better with right treatment and support.
