Anxiety and overthinking.
I feel nauseous all the time mostly at the gym these days. I feel like I'm going to throw up but I don't. The worst that has happened is that I was bench pressing some weight and I felt like throwing up while I was at it but even then only the noises came and I didn't puke. I think it is because of social anxiety because this happens only when I'm nervous around people. Anyways also i have anxiety issues basically hypochondria so every palpitation leads to panic but everything is in control except for this nausea thing.
