I'm suffering from anxiety attacks and not able to sleep at nights. I think alot when i try to get a sleep. I'm not feeling well due to which im not able to concentrate on my studies.

Well these symptoms are common and normal if this is related to your exam stress, or nearing yitr final exams or so...It's natural and it will come back to normal once this phase passes off...Need detailed history...Thank you
