Antral gastritis
So as per endoscopy i have antral gastritis and h pylori positive. The h pylori treatment had failed for the first time, then with a different set of antibiotics i am being treated again. But i see i have become too thin, i have lost muscle after going through a lot of medicines. I eat only healthy food now and that too homemade. How do I gain weight? Can I take mass gainer with my condition or it will worsen it? Please let me know.

I won't suggest any protein or other stuff at this moment. Its better to have home and healthy diet. Treating h.pylori is priority as it can turn things bad

Hi., I can understand your concern. You can take protein powder one scoop every morning. Don't worry weightloss can be reversed.
