Taking nexito 10 mg from 15 days for anxiety as prescribed.. but not got any results.. first week I got sexual side-effects which is in control now.. but my anxiety and negatives thoughts are worse these days

Antidepressants usually take 3-4 week to show effects… in the meanwhile short acting anti anxiety drugs can be used temporarily for anxiety relief… if after 3 weeks you feel there’s zero improvement dose can be increased.. the usual dose for adults is 20-40mg
