You may take nexito ..suppose it's working for u in OCD ..for masturbation habit you may do some changes in your daily routine, like you may swtich to non smart 📱 in which time u r more prone for masturbation apart from that avoid stay lonely as far as possible n medicines will help you out along with CBT session you may attend
