Hi Hair loss due to antidepressant is very rare even if it happens it is temporary & reversible, so please don't worry about side effects & start using a good antidepressant that suits your illness considering your gender, age & severity of illness.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist for further help. thank you.

Which anti depressant are you on ? Escitalopram is generally safe. Do get in touch with a psychiatrist in person or online before you go ahead with anything.
