The medications can induce constipation and the dose and the type of medications can be modified if dietary changes and adding fibres do not help

Hello...Tab soltus 100mg usually doesn't give you constipation..but Mirtaz 30 mg sometimes does give constipation...we need to think of risk-benefit ratio here...you might have required that dose so was prescribed...in order to relieve from constipation try to  include fibre in your diet and have lot of fluids
Next Steps
If the fibre diet and fluids do not help.. contact directly for other alternatives

It could be secondary to drugs, you can manage these symptoms by taking a fibre diet and good hydration. If symptoms persist even with these measures contact a psychiatrist for changing of treatment.
