Anti TPO levels reduction
Hi, I tested myself thyroid and it is 24.7 I took medicines as per recent consultation of doctor with 125mg of thyroxin from Feb 04 2023 up to 2months but How to reduce my anti TPO levels by fruits and vegetables in these 2 months Pls suggest Regards Lalitha Lalitha

It is good to have a customized diet plan  which can suit you to correct some of macro and micro nutrients defeciency  in your dietin order to bring about optimal TSH levels as well as body weight, as there are few contraindications with regards to certain foods depending on your current TSH levels .( which you have not shared)

Hi, Try to include selenium rich sources like sunflower seeds, spinach, broccoli, flax seeds, brown seeds etc in your diet. Add zinc sources such as oysters, beans, nuts etc. as well. Correlate clinically. Thanks
