AMH s an indicator of ovarian reserve..
if the level s below normal you should also check your antral follicle count..
Low AMH may lead to difficulty in conceiving later on..
It cn also be a sign of premature ovarian failure..
There are few medicines available to increase it..
Its advisable to get married nd plan pregnancy as soon as possible
