I had early miscarriage in 5th week of pregnancy and my blood group is A negative. Do i need anti d injection

If spontaneous miscarriage then no need to take as it's too early but if u bled heavily or underwent d and c then u should take inj anti d if your partners blood group is positive

U definitely need the injection of ur partners blood group is positive Not otherwise

Check ur partners blood group mam and if positive then go for 150 MCG injection.
