Ageing is natural non can escape from it.what we can do to protect our health especially skin health.Pinda taila, kumkumadi taila,sudhabala taila etc are good for skin health.Dont go for chemicals do massage the said taila.Take fruits and vegetables, avoid stress be happy and practice karunya to the sufferings.
