Did anomaly scan at 19 weeks... everything is normal but there is echogenic focus in left ventricle...does it need further evaluation?

Definitely U need fetal echo at 22 to 24 weeks Hope the dual test was done If not u need a quadruple test

if your double marker and quadraple marker is normal then no need to worry..ger a fetal echo at 24 weeks
