I have earlier post my problem of ano fistula.. Where I received so many expert opinions. First of all thanks to our life saviour. U guys are doing great job. Now my another query is that since I have make my mind for sygery shall I go for laser treatment or open surgery

Well, instead of any of these, you may consider क्षारसूत्र चिकित्सा. It's way more convenient and effective.
But, if you've made up your mind for Laser therapy OR open surgery only, then laser therapy would be a better option.

No surgery is not the permanent solution,after surgery there is chances to get back.
If u want permanent solution I need to take homoepathy medicine, homoepathy constitutional medicine act internally and remove the cause internal so patients get permanent solution.
