I had slipped in steps a month before and I had medication and still not yet cured.. taken x-ray and verified that there are no problem with the bones and joints and had had injection and tablet and crepe bandage for 7 days. It's not getting cured completely.if Little bit strained also again swelling.

Crepe won't help. You need a rigid immobilisation like a slab or cast for 4-6 weeks

Do contrast bath (dip your ankle one minute in cold water and 1 minute hot water for 10 times twice a day)
Crep band or K tapping can be applied.
