I had ligament tear for my ankle 2 months back while jogging. It's been 12 weeks but I still have swelling and slight pain by end of day. As suggested by doctor, I have been using crepe bandage, calcium tablets and rest. How long does it take to heal?

Ideally it should have been immobilized in below knee cast for 3 weeks
Now if your ankle twists again, you can still go for cast.
Meanwhile start doing active intrinsic foot muscle exercises.
Not much benefit of crepe bandage application
