Approximately 40 days has gone from accident and not recovered fully yet.Warm water soaking is also done. Please suggest me.rablet 20,movon p, dizene medicine has been used from 10 days.ankle brace using.Pain and inflammation occurs during an accident while playing badminton game at left leg ankle joint nearby.

When there is a significant ligament injury at ankle...it won’t go with simple conservative treatment...get an mri done and change in treatment plan..
