I have severe pain in left ankel heel in inner side of bone.
Pain is so severe i night time i cannot even walk

You must b having severe pain to walk when you wake up in the morning.
This problem is known as plantar fasciitis.
Wear silicon insoles in your shoes
Wear soft sole slipper at home also.
Daily massage your foot with any oil
Dip feet in warm water for pain relief
Roll a small ball under your feet while sitting.
This condition is not serious but it is very irritating but it will heal in 6 months to a year.
