Dear to-be Mom :) Let me reassure you that an angular pregnancy though uncommon, is a variant of a NORMAL pregnancy which are capable of progressing to a healthy delivery. The important thing here is to distinguish it from a tubal pregnancy which is a seperate entity with a very different management and risk profile. A reliable ultrasound like you have shared is usually sufficient to distinguish between the two. However, as no imaging modality is foolproof and since the thickness seems to be reducing, it would be advisable to repeat the usg in another 7-10 days. A 3D usg would be more accurate in that case. Since the heartbeat of the other twin hasnt yet been visualised, a repeat ultrasound in another 7-10 days is anyways recommended. In the meanwhile please avoid any strenous activity or lifting heavy weights. Be aware of any stomach pain, vaginal bleeding or dizziness. If you experience any such features or discomfort of any form, do consult a doctor physically to get checked out. Wishing you a smooth and healthy pregnancy.
