There are risks with pregnancy along with the cu T in uterus. But the risk peaks by early 2 nd trimester. If you don’t have any symptoms till about 16 weeks, its is expected that pregnancy will progress as usual.
Next Steps
Get early pregnancy scans done, localized of the IUD to be done
Health Tips
Any bleeding or brownish discharge, report to your doctor immediately.

Third c section is risky, however it's not an indication to abort.... U hv also conceived very soon after second child.... U need close monitoring... Consult some good gynaecologist in your area... And timely ultrasound is needed

If Cu T is displaced then pregnancy occurs. There is no harm for pregnancy. 3rd c section is always a challenge case for any doctor. Don't panic. As such Cu T can not cause any problems to fetus.
