Angry, shouts, sleepless
My wife get angry very soon on small or negligible issues and then take it to next level..almost uncontrolled for two three days. Effecting marriage life and my job.

Either you are having serious marital issues which needs to be sorted out. If she is having any psychiatric problem, then only a psychiatrist can evaluate her and go to the depth of the problem.
