Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. I can understand your suitation., As you have already tried few treatments approach, let me share a different perspective of her problems through Ayurveda angle.
As body and mind are interlinked, sometimes bodily conditions can also influence mind and causes emotionally disturbance like stress and anger. In her scenario, it could due to imbalance of fire or pitta in the body that could trigger such action. She could experience excess body heat, sweating, heart rate, BP, menstrual issues, acidity, skin allergy etc..
So the solution approach needs to be holistic in bringing both her mind and body under balance. Luckily, in ayurveda such problems has solutions through home remedies, dietary, few lifestyle changes and self therapies etc.
It needs a little detailed body mind constitution analysis to figure understand her condition and recommend a suitable solution. I am also a ayurveda wellness counselor and can guide you in this assessment and treatment options.. Surely you can find a solution this time.
