Anger management
I am very cool and stay calm most of the times but if something goes wrong then I blow up with anger . there is no phase in between . either I don't speak or speak less or I shout a little to express my thoughts. Whats the problem?

Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detalied counseling sessions...With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits...I wish you speed recovery and good health... Regards.
