Anger & other problems
I am 23 old married man. I have issues with anger management. I am not able to control sudden bursts of anger which arises from unrelatively small things. My family says that I need a mental check up. My wife says that sometimes I become the most loving husband in the world and at other times the worst husband because of my anger problems. Who do I need to see?

Anger outbursts need to be taken care for if they are appearing on trivial issues and are in excess of what your nature or if there is a pattern in them coming.  Any of the above than you need to take psychiatrist opinion.

You may need to see a psychiatrist in case the outbursts are relatively higher in intensity to the extent of self harm, physical violence and damage to property. Taking the medication will help you become calmer and thus be able to work with a psychologist for behavioral modification and emotional management. Regards
Next Steps
see a psychiatrist for diagnosis of personality and/or mood disorders and start medication
Health Tips
starting psychotherapy with a psychologist in the 2-3 week after starting the medication helps.
