My brother son is suffering from common cold he is sneezing and has running nose no fever  visited local pediatrician doctor has prescribed him ancer lm getting confuse with dosage his weight is 8.3 kg he is 1 year old please do the needful.

Better to give only Cetrizine 2.5 ml if he's over 6mnths for 3 to 5 days

For common cold montelukast is not endorsed. U can use syrup cetrizine[5ml/5mg] 2ml omce a day.and nasoclear drops 2 drops in each nostril every 4th hrly for 5 days
