Anasarca, Constant dizziness, presyncope
Hello doctor, I am experiencing symptoms since 9 march 2022. The symptoms are puffiness on hands, feet, legs and face, constant dizziness when i get up from my bed. It is pre-syncope type dizziness. It is constant since the problem started. I had been admitted to the hospital for 3 times since march 2022 for this health issue. Everytime doctor discharged me saying all reports are normal. I underwent Blood Tests: - LFT - Normal, Kidney Function Test - Normal, DDimer - Normal, HBSAG - Negative, HIV - Negative, 2D Echo - Normal (EF - 60%), CTPA - Normal. Haemogram - (is attached). I can not stand or sit without dizziness and presyncope. My problem yet remained undiagnosed and i am totally immobile. Cant leave my bed. What can be the diagnosis? What is this disease or disorder? Please help me out.

Three admissions to be Hospital in 2 months, all possible investigations done so far , normal. You have symptoms which can't be quantified. Only MRI, ENT examination for internal ear, and tests for Cerebellum are left. I suggest you get an MRI also done. It is more with a view to complete the list rather than expecting a positive result. After that you can be put on antihistaminics which are supposed to act on cerebellum and internal ear. At times Doctors come to their wits end. They can only feel sorry for the patient.
