Anal warts. Which also may not reoccur.

I dont know since when i might have these anal warts. It might have been there from 8-9 years as I always felt it but since it was painless and non-discomforting so I didnt notice them. But today I noticed them and searched online that these are anal warts and most probably would have caused via some sexual virus. I think it was PVC. I even dont know whom to consult whether a dermatologist or a sexologist or any other specialist. Secondly I want to know that should I also make my partner check for the same infection as I have been sexually active from past 2 years with the same person and I read that it might infect the infected person's partner as well. So please suggest the treatment to remove it which also may not reoccur.
