Anal itching
Hi, I have received rimming a month back and recently experiencing anal itching. As suggested by Dr, I did STD screening. I was suspecting herpes. But my report shows Treponema Pallidum Antibody (TPAB) as 7.24 (OD Ratio), which is way over the suggested range <1.0. However Treponema Pallidum Haemagglutination is 10 which is well within the suggested range <20 (OD Ratio). Does this mean I have Syphillis? Anal itching is it one of the symptoms of Syphillis? I have tested for HIV, Chlamydia, Herpes 1 & 2, Hepatitis B & C. All are negative. I think I do have sores / bump in my anal canal. Any other test do u think is necessary? I suspected pinworms, but can't see anything in stool. I have tested for VDRL (RPR) in Jan and it was negative.
