Anal fissure
It's anal fissure, I believe bcz I have this symtops before, ifeel like some cut in anal pass, so pain is there that I can't sleep. I'm applying ano bliss cream , but not much relief, I need immediate relief as I can't bear pain

Well yes that cream is meant for that...You need to alter your diet habits so that you can pass stools easily....Secondly please meet a surgeon and then decide if you have to undergo fissurectomy procedure...Thank you
