I have shown to doctor today and she said it's anal tag. Is it anything serious? Is it anything to worry about

Hello.... Anal skin tags, or rectal skin tags, are common and usually harmless growths that hang off the skinaround the outside of the anus. if it's infected causing pain you can get it removed if not just leave it ...it will not harm you..... For removal consult general surgeon....
