Anal sentinel pile
I have an inflamed anal sentinel pile from a healed fissure and it's pea sized and on the posterior end of the anal opening, any treatment suggestions? No blood, and very mild pain, only during stool passage.

It reduces by itself. If it is causing discomfort then it can be removed. But Diagnosis needs to be confirmed by EXAMINATION first
