Anal Pain while sitting
My mom has been facing anal pain (pain while sitting) for more than a year. We consulted a gastroenterologist a year back and referred us for an MRI. MRI showed that there was a mild infection so he have antibiotics but the pain still persists. Doctor had asked us to repeat the MRI last week and we have done it. Attaching the report. Please let me know what it means. Also my mom has chronic constipation. Without any lax she cannot poop even if its more than a week. She takes 2 kaayam tablet once in 5-6 days to clear her stomach. This condition has been there for almost 10 years now.

MRI suggestive of proctitis. You'll require detialed examination. It can be simple proctitis or IBD. Till then Avoid constipation Do sitz bath with betadine Apply piloroute cream Take lots of water Take lots of salads and fruits.
