Anal pain, bleeding and fissure
Hi all,
I recently had the worst case of constipation of my life. There was blood because of it and then I could feel a swollen lump in the anus (picture 1) after a few days it shrunk and then it had an ulcer kind of thing in the same spot. I went to a doctor and he said anal fissure but looks a little off centre. Should I be worried or is it just an anal fissure?
