Anal pain and itching
I have been suffering from anal pain and anal itching for 3 years. Even my stool is not good. Sometimes it is constipated and sometimes it becomes loose, My doctor (surgeon) after viewing the place reported it is due to fissures?i just want to know whether he is correct or not?Is colonoscopy required?

Your problem does not seem to be fissure although rarely it is an additional possibility. You need to rule out irritable bowel syndrome.
