Anal lump n sharp pain, cut n tear
I had a problem of anal fissure in the past. 1week ago I got lump on anus where I was having fissure then I got constipation due which it starts bleed at the time of bowel movement. I feel like sharp pain while passing stools. It has blood when I pass hard stools. So I took cremaffine so make it soft. It doesn't bleed stools are soft or liquid. But it feels sharp pain while passing stools and burning sensation after it. I am having the lump where I had fissure in the past and still having the fissure on the right away the lump.
I am not sure if it is a fissure or something else is wrong with me because of having a small lump.

An anal fissure is a breakage in anal lining epithelium. Lump in that area mostly corresponds to a pile. But an anal fissure in close proximity to a pile calls for more bleeding and pain and chances of a pile being infected. So it has to be definitely examined by any surgeon (not physician) and act accordingly before things worsen.
