I've been having anal itching since the past few weeks. It started with moderate itching in the topmost portion of where the hips meet. Gradually the itching has travelled towards the anal region. Now I have a terrible desire to itch there. There is no blood. The skin near the anus has become a little flaky due to constant itching which I try my best not to do. Which doctor should I go to? And what home remedies can I do because I am too embarrassed to go to a doctor. Is this serious?

Hello I understand your concern
This can be tinea cruris(fungal infection).
If not treated well it will increase and can cause you to itch more.
We have many good homeopathic medicines for this condition to treat it completely from the root itself without any sideffects that are part of conventional medicines.
