Anal gate issue
Hi All,
For the past few days I have been having Anal gate pain. I earlier had fissure where internally while passing stool I used to have pain but this one is different I don't have pain while passing stool but having pain while sitting. An uncomfortable, irritation pain on the Anal gate. Sometimes when I apply osil cream I can sense some pus on the gate. Is that a possible fistula or abcess. As of now no bleeding till date...

Yes it could be abscess with pus oozing , get immediate medical attention ,needs to be drained and treated
