Anal fissures
I have Anal fissures since about 1 year. Please help me with this. There is no bleeding since past 9-10 months. Only mild to moderate bearable pain while and after passing stools. How many years will it take to heal? Please suggest a way so that this can get cured forever. Thank you. (I have taken following tablets: in pic) Fissure problem seemed to be almost cured in Jan but increased this week again.

Hello dear, thanks for consultation, you should know what is the anal fissure, and why it happened, constipation  and initial hard stool causes crack in anal mucosa, and   there is no time to rest, every day during itanus dilate, so you should apply sucral another  in and out side of anal sphincter, drink more water, and eat fiber diet. For more consult me  online on video  consultation.
