I'm Suffering From Anal Fissure For Last 10 Days. I Have A Small Cut Over The Anus And a small pimple near the cut. It swelling at the time of bowel movement. The doctor prescribed me some medicine. He also prescribed me PilCare gel. I want to know, is this gel having Any side effects and how to use that gel. And also want to know how much time it takes to heal? Any food restrictions for this?

First thing is we dont know the composition of gel you are talking about second is we usually dont prescribe any kind of gel or ointment in homeopathy there is not side effect but gels ointments are believed to supress the condition which is not a good thing.
